We are a Community Bank with a strong family orientation. Our annual summer picnic is celebrated with the entire family at a local venue. Our holiday party is a fun night out. Our kids have joined us in the American Banker's Association-sponsored Teaching Children to Save program, and our retirees join us at many community and bank sponsored events.

Benefits
Health/Dental Insurance - Eligibility to participate in any of the Health or Dental Plans is effective the first day of the month after the hire date.
Life Insurance - Solvay Bank will provide all full-time employees with two times their annual salary in Life Insurance. Additional life insurance may be purchased for yourself, spouse or dependents.
Retirement Savings Plan—401(k) Plan - You may elect to contribute a percentage of your pre-tax compensation, not to exceed the annual limits established by the Internal Revenue Service. Solvay Bank will match your contribution at a rate of 50%, up to the 6% employee contribution level.
Pension Plan - Full-time employees will be enrolled in Solvay Bank's non-contributory pension plan.
Vacation - Vacation eligibility ranges from 2-4 weeks annually, depending on position and years of service.
Holidays - Solvay Bank observes the following holidays: New Year's Day, Dr. Martin Luther King's Birthday, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Employee Assistance Program - All employees and immediate family members are eligible to participate in this confidential counseling at no cost to them.
Employee Discounted Products and Services - Employees are extended certain personal banking benefits on deposit and credit accounts, trust services, and loans.
